1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website Vireal.fun (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Site.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. Betting and Payouts

All bets placed on the platform are final. Payouts are calculated based on the official view counts from the YouTube Data API. We are not responsible for any discrepancies or delays from the API. The platform takes a commission on all winning pots as outlined on our Fees page.

4. Welcome Bonus

New users may receive a one-time welcome bonus upon registration. This bonus is intended for platform use only and cannot be withdrawn directly. To be eligible for withdrawal of any funds, a user must have made at least one successful deposit to their account.

5. Referral Program

Users can participate in our referral program by sharing their unique referral code. A user who refers a new customer will receive a commission based on the first successful deposit of the referred customer. We reserve the right to change the terms of the referral program, including commission rates, or terminate it at any time. Any fraudulent activity, such as creating multiple accounts to abuse the referral system, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all related earnings.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Site for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages.
• Attempting to impersonate another user or person.
• Using any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vireal.fun, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
